We have prepared three different values of gift vouchers in electronic PDF format:
The gift vouchers are designed so that you can easily send them to the recipient by email or print them out following the attached instructions.
It’s very simple. Click on the Gift Voucher and select the desired value. By clicking on »add to cart« and then »proceed to checkout« you will be taken to the order completion page, where you fill in your payment details and submit the online order by clicking the »place order« button.
If you have successfully submitted the online order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a summary of your order.
No later than within 1 working day, we will send the gift voucher to your email address in PDF format.
The voucher holder selects products in our online store and, at the end of the order process, enters into the field »Apply Discount Code« the unique code written on the front side of the gift voucher. Next to the unique code, the expiry date of the gift voucher is also indicated.
The gift voucher must be redeemed no later than December 31 of the year of issue. After this date, redemption is no longer possible.
When the unique code is confirmed at the end of the order process, the value of your shopping cart is automatically reduced by the value of the gift voucher you have redeemed.
The gift voucher only reduces the value of the products.
It does not affect any possible shipping costs or cash-on-delivery fees.
It is possible to use multiple gift vouchers for a single purchase.
Under no circumstances can a gift voucher be exchanged for cash.
If you have redeemed a gift voucher and wish to return a product, we will not refund the purchase amount, as a gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
