Delivery

Items ordered on Stadioshop.com are shipped within the shortest possible time, generally the same working day for all orders placed by 1:00 pm CET.

The shipment is dispatched with DHL or FedEx express delivery service, with transit times ranging from 1 to 5 business days worldwide, depending on the destination.

The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on the size and weight of the package and the selected delivery country. At checkout, customers will also see the available courier (DHL or FedEx) for their selected destination.

DHL and FedEx express services do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or U.S. Military Bases. Any such shipment will be rejected and returned to the sender, and all costs related to this – including shipping, return shipping, and customs procedures – will be borne by the customer.

Please note:

• Any delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not the responsibility of Stadionshop.

• All costs connected with shipping, return of shipment, and customs procedures in the origin and destination country are at the buyer’s expense.
