General Terms and Conditions

 

 

All supplies, services and offers of the Stadionshop online store managed by Transfera, d.o.o. are subject to these terms and conditions, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise. The version that was concluded on the date of the contract is valid and authentic.

The Stadionshop.com website contains an online store that complies with the Consumer Protection Act. Upon logging in to the system, the visitor has the opportunity to obtain a username and password, with which their account can be accessed every time they visit the site – a user profile enables the right of purchasing. A visitor can also make a purchase as a guest without obtaining a username and password. The General Terms and Conditions address the operation of our online store, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the owner of the online store and the consumer.

 

Payment

As the Stadionshop online store, we provide the following payment methods:

  • Paypal - an online secure payment service for credit cards and other payment methods
  • Credit cards (Visa, Eurocard, Mastecard, Diners) through the payment system of Braintree owned by Paypal. You can read more about the company at this link: Braintree.
  • Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

  • Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: Norway and the Switzerland.
  • Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.

Prices are valid at the time of placing the order. In the event that the price information is incorrect, the supplier will offer the buyer a waiver of the purchase or a solution that will be of mutual satisfaction.

In the event, the product is made according to the customer's instructions and is tailored to the customer's needs (such as a jersey with a print, such a product cannot be returned or replaced). Such products also contain this warning in the product description.

 

Delivery

Items ordered on Stadioshop.com are shipped within the shortest possible time, generally the same working day for all orders placed by 1:00 pm.

The shipment is dispatched with DHL delivery service. If, at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the intended place of delivery, the supplier will leave a message with further instructions.

DHL delivery service does not deliver packages to A.P.O. Boxes or U.S. Military Bases. Such a package is rejected and sent back to the sender. All costs connected with shipping, returning of shipment and costs of customs procedures in origin and destination country are on the buyer expense. 

 

Prices

There is the possibility that the supplier may not be able to change the data concurrently. In such a case, the buyer is informed of the changes and is able to cancel the order or is proposed a solution that will be of mutual satisfaction.

The online price is valid for all registered buyers of the online store www.stadionshop.com. You become a registered buyer when placing your order via the online shopping cart at www.stadionshop.com. The regular price is valid for unregistered users who wish to make a purchase at our office, not via the online shopping cart. Where only one price is displayed per item, the online price is equal to the regular price.

All prices on www.stadionshop.com are in EUR and are valid on the day of purchase or order execution. Prices are in EUR and VAT is not included. For non-Eu regions the issued invoice will be exclusive of domestic VAT.  The supplier tries to ensure up to date and correct information contained on Stadionshop.com. The published product prices are subject to change without notice. When purchasing, we will consider the price which was valid when placing an individual order.

Introduction to Liability for Material Errors

Defect as to quality:

  • if the item does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or for its trade,
  • if the item does not have the characteristics necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is purchasing it, which was known or should have been known to the seller,
  • if the item does not have the characteristics and qualities that have been explicitly or silently agreed upon or prescribed,
  • if the seller has handed over an item that does not match the pattern or model, unless the pattern or model has been shown for information only.

For online purchases, the consumer may issue a complaint based on defect as to quality, in accordance with the provisions of the ZVPot, within two years from the delivery of the item, which has to be proven with an original invoice and the delivery receipt. You can claim your rights in the following manner:

  • If you notify the seller of the defect within two months of the date when the defect was discovered,
  • you have to provide a more detailed description of the defect in the complaint form and allow the supplier to inspect the matter,
  • you can send a message regarding the defect to the supplier personally, and we, as the supplier, have to issue a receipt,
  • the consumer, who has duly informed the supplier of the defect, has the right to require from the supplier to: rectify the defect or return part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or replace the defective goods with new impeccable goods or return the amount paid.

If the defect is not disputed, we accept the buyer's request as soon as possible, but no later than eight days.

As the supplier, we respond to the request in writing no later than eight days after its receipt, if the defect is disputed. In the event that we destroy or lose the product, which has been given to us for repair, maintenance or completion, we are obliged to deliver a new identical product to you within eight days or to pay compensation immediately in the amount of the retail price of the new product.

The complaint is valid upon submission of the original invoice, the delivery receipt and the completed complaint form.

In the event of an approval of your claim due to defect as to quality, you are also entitled to reimbursement for any shipping costs incurred in the case of an online purchase.

A buyer who is not a consumer in accordance with ZVPot, reinforces their rights to guarantee claims in accordance with the applicable legislation.
