Track your parcel

 

When your parcel is ready for collection, you will receive a final dispatch email containing all the necessary information for tracking your parcel. You will also receive the tracking number directly from the selected courier service – usually via:

  • SMS message,

  • email, or

  • another communication channel (Viber, etc.).

 

To track your parcel, click (below) on the courier service you selected when placing your order. The link will redirect you to the courier service’s application, where you enter your parcel number and confirm it. The current status of your shipment will then be displayed.

Recommendations for a successful delivery:
  • The tracking number will be active by the evening on the day of dispatch or the following morning.
  • Check the status of your parcel every working day.
  • The status of the parcel is usually updated once a day or at the latest every two working days.
  • If the status does not change within three working days, we recommend that you contact the courier service – there may have been an issue with the delivery.
