The Purchasing Process

On the website https://www.stadionshop.com/eu/  there is a picture of a flag in the upper right corner, click on it and open a link to nine online stores for customers from the following countries:

- Slovenia

- Austria

- Germany

- Switzerland

- Italy

- Croatia

- Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro

- English - EU

- English - outside EU

Once you have chosen the right store, you can start shopping online.

You can make a purchase as a guest or registered user.

 

1. Product search

There are two ways to find a specific product:

a) in the top line above the MENU toolbar you will find a magnifying window "Search entire store here…", where you write the type of product you want to search for (e.g. “bedding”) or a specific product’s name (e.g. “Barcelona bedding”). One or more items that match the entered keywords will be displayed.

b) In the top menu, select the main category of products you are interested in (e.g. "NFL"), and then further limit the selection to the given subcategories (e.g. "Arizona Cardinals"). You will be shown all the items in the selected category.

 

2. Product selection

By clicking on the product’s image, you will be shown detailed information. Choose the right size and the number of items. Press the "Add to cart" button. The item will be moved to the shopping cart. You can continue to purchase other items or go to the shopping cart, where you press the "Checkout" button to complete the purchase.

 

3. Product removal

In the upper right corner, there is a shopping cart icon, in which (after clicking on the icon) you will see the items that you added to the shopping cart while browsing the online store. To remove a specific item from the shopping cart, you must click "remove" under the item. This will delete the item from the cart.

You can delete an item from the cart even when you are already at the checkout. In the toolbar, click "Cart overview" and "Remove item" for the item you want to remove. This has removed the product from the cart, and you can proceed with your purchase.

 

4. Customer information, delivery

Enter your contact and shipping address in the shopping cart:

  • e-mail address,
  • name,
  • surname,
  • street and house number,
  • postcode,
  • city,
  • country,
  • state / province,
  • phone number.

 

5 Purchasing procedure for legal persons

The purchasing procedure is the same as for natural persons, except that you tick the "I would like an original invoice" box in the delivery details. The fields "Company name" and "VAT Number" will be displayed and must be filled in.

 

6. Select a shipping methods

At this point, you choose the method of delivery with a courier company:

1) GLS,

2) DPD,

3) DHL.

7. Payment method

Payment options are listed below. Choose the option that suits you best:

  • Paypal - an online secure payment service for credit cards and other payment methods,
  • Credit cards (Maestro, Visa, Mastecard, Diners, American Express) through the payment system of Braintree owned by Paypal. You can read more about the company at this link: Braintree.,
  • Klarna

8. Delivery information

If the delivery details are different from the payment details, at the end of the "Payment method" section, tick the box "The billing address and the shipping address are the same" and enter the delivery details.

 

9. Order overview

At this step you can review your order - a summary of the order, where you see the price of the item, the price of the selected delivery service, VAT and the price of the entire order without and with tax.

If all the information is correct, confirm the order by clicking the "Place order" box. When you place the order, the contract with our company is concluded.

In case you place two different orders with the same information of the payer and the delivery address, we as a provider, due to the automated shipping process, cannot combine the orders. In this case an invoice will be created for each order separately.

 

10. Cancel order

Once your order is completed, you will receive a copy of your order to the email address you have provided. By sending a message to our email address info@stadionshop.com  you have the possibility to cancel your order up to the moment your order is dispatched by courier. If we have already placed the order for delivery, you as the buyer are obliged to take delivery of the goods.

In the event you do not accept or reject the package, we, as the provider, reserve the right to charge you for shipping and processing costs.

11. Other specifics

Products not in stock

Every product offered on the website is available unless the product is specifically stated as having a later delivery date. 

In the event the product you intended to purchase is out of stock, we will notify you. You can then cancel the order in full, confirm a partial order, or confirm that you will wait for the product to be back in stock. We apologize for the inconvenience such a situation may cause you.

Personalized jerseys

When buying personalized items, it is not possible to return them.

Due to personalization, the delivery time is extended and is indicated in the description of each item.
